Job Description:Creating & leading a Clinical Data Mgmt dept of a Phase II/III CRO. Database design, Screen Design, Terminology Encoding, Data Validation, Double Data Entry, Query Management, Data Review, Reporting, etc. Additional responsibility of IT functions.
Desired Candidate Profile:Must is exposure to CDM, ability to set up a new dept independently. Ability to procure the right software, form SOPs, hire staff, train & operate dept with 2 yrs exp in IT functions.Familiar with industry standards & statistical principles.
