The Associate Director's primary function is to provide direct project and team oversight over multiple countries or sites.
General responsibilities may include
*Supervision and management of staff

*Providing input to continuous productivity and processes improvement

Key accountabilities :Providing technical leadership, stakeholder management, external client support, resource management and project management ,team building and leadership skills to achieve business objectives and goals to create, direct and maintain strategies to help facilitate efficiency within the department represent the Clinical Programming group at client meetings, internal and external audits, and regulatory inspections.
