Job Designation-Asst Project Manager (Clinical research)

Job Description-
* Manage Clinical study setup (Pre-study activities) and follow up study activities by ongoing tracking and review of study progress according to scope of work
* Works collaboratively with other functional groups (Data Management, Phramacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Biostatistics)
* Provide ongoing training and support to the team through frequent team meeting and regular communication
* Ensures high performance and efficiency of the team through the scheduling of co-monitoring/accompanied site visits and ongoing mentoring of CRA. May also have monitoring responsibilities within the projects as per the requirement
* Coordinates the clinical trail issues and resolution with the Project manager
* Identifies quality issues during the study through regular review of the CRA communication including site communication, monitoring, data flow information and quality Assurance audit findings. Institutes appropriate corrective action plans
* Assist in preparation of study budget,Tracks the study budget consumption through regular review of budget

Requirments-
* Any Specialization in B.sc or M.sc life sciences
* 4+ years clinical research experience including experience in clinical operational roles. (Experience in development of study documents and drug development is an added advantage)
* Computer skills including use of a laptop computer, knowledge of MS office is must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Basic knowledge and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines.
