Role Purpose
The CRA manages projects under minimal supervision, supports the Sr. CRA & country project manager (CPM), provides input into the feasibility, planning, investigator selection, budgeting, logistics, conduct and reporting of the study.
Desired Candidate Profile
Role Purpose
The Clinical Research Associate is required to assist the Project Manager with various tasks associated with running a large scale clinical trial. Generally the Clinical Research Associate performs all monitoring tasks required at study sites, including source data verification, safety reporting, drug accountability and the maintenance of study documentation. The CRA provides regular study updates and monitoring visit reports to the project manager and updates clinical study tracking systems as necessary.
General
Familiarity with computer systems particularly MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Driving license (unblemished)
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well and flexibly ie autonomously, in small teams and with a wide range of varying stakeholders
Ability to see the big picture, yet still focus on detail
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organisational priorities and ambiguous environments.
Strong focus on quality of work
